Check the Status of your Application

Summer Session Only Application

You can check the status of your application online.

  • If you are checking for the first time, use your email address and the temporary PIN that you received in the “Summer Session application acknowledgement” email that was sent to you several hours after you applied.
  • If you have already logged in and are checking again, use your email address and the password you created when you first logged in.

If a decision hasn’t been made on your application yet and additional documents are required, you will see which ones we still need on your application status checklist. Summer Session Only applicants are not required to provide transcripts for admission.

If you have paid the fee but it is still showing as missing on your application status checklist, please be patient and recheck later. It can take 1 to 3 days for fee payments to be marked as received on your application checklist.

If you selected an application fee waiver, a link may still appear for you to pay the fee when you check your application status. If you think this is incorrect, contact the Summer Session office.

Intercampus Registrant Application

UIUC/UIS students can check the status of your Intercampus Registrant application by contacting the Summer Session Office.
