Current UIC students do not have to fill out an additional application for Summer Session courses. Current students can register for summer courses when Fall 2026 Time Tickets open using XE Registration (my.uic.edu). Registration for Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 courses will begin March 30, 2026. Check your Time Ticket to find out the specific day and time when you can register (Time Tickets will be available for viewing on March 9, 2026).

Students should work with their current academic advisor to plan their summer courses to ensure they plan the correct courses and appropriate courseload. Students can view their academic advisor's information in iAdvise.
