Late Drops and Term Withdrawals
Late Drop and Term Withdrawal FAQ Heading link
Registration changes such as Late Drops and Term Withdrawals affect your tuition, fees, and grades. Students are not automatically dropped from courses due to non-attendance and must take action if they wish to change their registration.
A Late Drop is used if you wish to withdraw from one or more, but not all of your registered courses for the current term. A Late Drop results in a grade of “W” for the course.
A Term Withdrawal is used if you wish to withdraw from ALL registered courses for the current term. A Term Withdrawal results in a grade of “W” for all courses.
The procedures and refund polices for dropping an individual course when you are enrolled in multiple courses and withdrawing from all of your courses/cancelling your registration are different, so please review them carefully. Visit the Registration Policies and Procedures and Key Dates for additional information.
