Paying for meals with Dragon Dollar$
Summer students can sign up for UIC Dragon Dollar$ which conveniently allows you to put money on your student ID (i-card) and use it to make purchases at UIC Dining Services locations, campus fast food vendors, and convenience stores.
Traditional Meal Plans
Traditional meal plans are not available during Summer Session.

Below is a sampling of campus dining facilities. A complete list of facilities and hours is available at UIC Dining Services.
East Campus
You’ll find dining options on the first and second floor of Student Center East (SCE). Café Descartes (coffee shop), Panda Express, Chick-fil-A, and East Café are all located on the first floor outside the bookstore.
Inner Circle, located on the second floor of SCE, is open daily during the week and offers options such as Subway, Burrito Bravo, and Sbarro. Argo Tea, Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins, and Halsted Street Station (convenience store) are also located on the second floor of SCE.
Au Bon Pain in the Behavior Science building (BSB) is located at 1007 West Harrison Street.
Port Café in University Hall-has coffee, breakfast and serves sandwiches and wraps for lunch.
West Campus
Centennial Room (part of UIC Dining Services), Union Station (convenience store inside the Medical Bookstore), Café Descartes (coffee shop), and Subway are located in Student Center West (SCW). Grand Grounds Café (coffee shop) is located in Clinical Sciences North (CSN).
The Marketplace is also located in SCW and includes Charleston Market‚ Indian Halal Cuisine‚ and Burrito Del Ray.

For nearby off-campus dining options, head to Little Italy on Taylor Street, Greektown just north of campus, or University Village just south of campus.
