Grades and Transcripts

Summer session grades are available for viewing online approximately one week after the end of each session:

4-week session grades available: June 19, 2025, Th
8-week session grades available: August 15, 2025, F

To check your grades:

Go to my.UIC.edu.
Log in with your NetID and password.
Look for “Final Grades” in the “Welcome” tab (or use the Search box to find it).
Select “Summer 2025” from the drop down menu in the new window to view your grades from Summer Session.

To request transcripts:

If you are a visiting student and are planning to transfer your courses back to your home institution, you will need to have your UIC transcript sent to your home school.

You can order an official transcript for both the 4- and 8-week session classes after the 8-week session has ended and final grades have posted (August 15). You can request a transcript online, in person, or in writing. There is a charge for each transcript. To order a transcript or see details on cost, delivery options and timing, go to Transcripts or call the Office of the Registrar at (312) 996-9575.

Please note that transcripts may not be available for up to two weeks after a term’s final exams have ended. Transcripts will not be released if there is a hold on your record (i.e. if tuition and fees have not been paid in full).
